You are so right Matt which is why I intend to stop at seven. Of the seven I tend to put more energy into my favorites and the others just get on or two posts per week.

Interesting to see that you have developed several blogs. I have been through the same process.

Blogging is so much fun, and a brilliant creative outlet. However, you can end up overdoing it and spreading yourself thin.

Readers appreciate content that’s regularly updated, so I think that it’s best for bloggers to focus on just a few blogs that they really enjoy writing.

That way the blogger is in control – rather than the other way round!

Great post. It’s often better to begin blogging as a form of self-expression in addition to understanding its potential for profit depending on the topic. As Sire and Mitch have indicated, passion can lead to profit and the two are not mutually exclusive.

You’re right, Sue, it is a brilliant strategy. I actually do have a third blog where I can spout personal stuff as I please, but I keep that one private and no one knows who I am there. And that’s just how I want it.

This is great Mitch. I was just thinking this morning to have seperate blogs for different area’s of personal growth. This way, the reader would have a choice as to what they would like to see … and go to that particular blog for it.
