Hi Libby. You do know that I don't make these things, and an only an affiliate marketer for the product, right? I market a lot of companies online, and this is just one of them; I have no personal relationship with them. I'm sorry if you have had a bad experience with them; I may have to do some research online to verify whether this is a company I want to continue marketing for or not. The stuff looks very good online, but this is the second negative statement I've seen about them.

You have inferior products and horrible customer service. Your VP of Operations is rude and assuming because an individual wishes to return an inferior product that she is not married and is only wanting to profit from an unfortunate divorce. Unfortunately for you this is not the case. I received a replacement which was never worn and is evident in the condition of the ring. I am happily married and have purchased a ring from Riddles who does not require its customers to buy a warranty and provides a quality product and no excuses for its products. In case your VP needs a refresher in vocabulary, here is the definition for defect.
an imperfection that impairs worth or utility : shortcoming b: an imperfection a lack of something necessary for completeness, adequacy, or perfection
When a ring that has never been worn, has a loose diamond, this is not because of normal day wear. In any case the ring did not with stand to normal day wear , on my first ring I lost a diamond within 3 months. I realize that a $300 ring may not have the best diamonds, but for petes sake it should at least hold them. Please pass this on and feel free to give me my money back. Oh yea and get this she encouraged me to leave bad reviews. Sounds like great marketing to me.

Be sure you are 100% certain you will keep your purchase forever before buying something from Ultra Diamonds! I can't begin to explain how much grief that company has put me through regarding a pair of expensive diamond stud earrings I purchased. In an unforeseeable twist of circumstance, I received another pair of the same earrings as a gift. I spoke with the manager from whom I purchased my earrings, and he was adamant about not refunding anything...only exchange for store merchandise. The only problem was that at the price I paid for the earrings, the only merchandise in that price range were the engagement rings! Regardless, I had to contact the corporate office to ask "permission" to return the earrings. I am still waiting to hear back. Talk about joyous holiday spirit! It's more about that company wanting to make a quick buck than take care of good customers.
