I like Twit Cleaner: reports what it calls dodgy behavior – tweeting nothing but links as well as users who sell, sell, sell. Ahehehe. And it reports those who have been inactive for months!

But unfollowing in bulk requires a fee. And at that I beat a hasty retreat. Maybe when I earn a little from AdSense. Maybe then.
