To reach my goals, there are going to have to be some risks involved in some of them, and I can only hope I'm willing to take the shot at it. One of my friends told me last Thursday that one of his goals this year was to have $100,000 in his savings account by the end of the year. That's going to take a lot of risks, way more than I'm ready for, but still, my risks are going to take something of me, if mainly time. Ah, but without expectations or disappointments, there can’t be great rewards, because there are no risks. As for the weights it helped me no end as I was a paunchy youngster and it got rid of all the fat and put on lean muscle. Like you said not much in weight loss but it's healthier to have more muscle over weight.
