I have to ask, Kyle, are you writing for someone else, or do you actually have all these different websites you’re writing from? The About pages don’t give any personal information on any of your sites, which is why I’m asking.

Google Analytics and sales, this explains everything for me, as well I am checking my SERP every 2 weeks. My SEO is always working, I am SEO with 10+ experience and all my projects have high SERP.

Yahoo announced they weren’t using meta anymore either, and I’m assuming Bing probably came in not looking for it. Still, can’t hurt.

Plus since Google is the only one (so far) not using metas anymore, if it doesn’t take too much time, you can still fill them in for others.

That’s weird, Charleston. This past week, though, I haven’t been typing in the keywords on AIO SEO, since Matt Cutts announced that Google isn’t looking at them. However, I might have to rethink that because I’d forgotten about this post, and not putting something there could affect what shows up in my Adsense.

Yup, Platinum SEO and SEO All in One is pretty much the same, only thing I dislike about Platinum SEO is it leaves a mark on the bottom right of my blog. I don’t mind the link but it’s too visible..

Thanks Krish. I didn’t have to use it on this blog, but on my business blog I used the Permalinks Migration plugin for those 301 redirects, so I could change the structure of my permalinks on that site. You’re right, though, the other two plugins are pretty much the same.

Hi Mitch,
Thanks for sharing the post. Very interestitng to read and informative as well. I use platinum seo pack instead of All in One SEO. They both are same to certain extent but platinum SEO has also 301 redirect in built. I changed my using permalink using this and it worked great.

I have never used Adsence but, if I do I will now know to watch for this.

True, it does make it tougher on Adsense, but since I don’t concentrate on Adsense as much, at least for this blog, it’s okay.
