		<description>We get thunderstorms and snow also.  Of course you know how much snow the central New York area gets, right?  Here in the Syracuse area, we&#039;ve missed the big storms so far this year, up until last week at least, but just 20 miles north of us they&#039;re already at 300+ inches for the year; ouch!</description>

		<description>You need to see some new places.  Snow and sun at the same time is pretty normal here (southeast of Denver, CO).  On February first we had thundersnow (snow with lightning and thunder) along with some hail.  The lightning was pretty spectacular.  More like what we&#039;d normally expect from a summer thunderstorm.

I&#039;ve got a couple of digital pics of the snow after the hail.  It looks like it was shot at with a shotgun.
