I am a professional writer and many of the editors the company hires are not professional anything. It's the luck of the draw who the writer will turn up. I'm with you on all points, Mitch. I'd thought that everyone had to have a way for you to get out of something. I want to get out of something else that I signed up for online, and it turns out I have to actually call them on the phone to kill the account.
